Rates And Payment Plans

Mr. Kruse offers reasonable rates in criminal cases throughout Oregon. In some cases, clients prefer to arrange a single flat fee for the case. Other people prefer to pay by the hour. Mr. Kruse can be flexible and arrange a payment option that works best for you.

If you cannot afford to pay the entire retainer fee upfront, he is willing in most cases to accept 60% of the total fee to start, with an additional 20% due within 30 days, and the remaining 20% due within 60 days. In all cases, payment must be made in full before the case is concluded.
